- Who pays?
- Only the owner. Your brother, foreman or caretaker downloads the app free and never sees a bill.
- What do I get in the free trial?
- 3 days and 5 photos on one property. The first 2 photos get the full location check (GPS inside your boundary, no fake GPS). Every photo gets the time, real-phone and reused-photo checks. Alerts aren't included. After 3 days, everything already sent stays visible; upgrade to keep going.
- What does Premium add?
- Location checked on every photo, alerts, and auto-checks: light, weather and shadows checked against the real sun and weather at that place and minute; comparison with earlier visits; reading your survey plan into a boundary; construction stage tracking; and alerts when materials or work disappear between visits.
- Can the person on the ground just send old photos?
- No. Photos can only be taken inside the app's own camera during a visit our server starts. Any photo that matches an earlier one, even cropped or re-saved, fails.
- Does this prove I own the land?
- No, and nobody honest can from photos. We prove the photos are genuine, current and on the land your survey plan describes. Use a property lawyer for title, and share your proof links with them.
- What's the difference between Premium and Pro?
- Pro covers up to 10 properties, adds a monthly progress report you can print or save as a PDF, and takes 15% off land checks. It's built for families with several projects and for builders who report to clients abroad.
- Who does the land checks?
- Licensed professionals we work with in Port Harcourt (Rivers State), with Lagos and Abuja coming soon: a SURCON-registered surveyor for charting and a lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar for root of title. The signed report is theirs, on their letterhead, and appears on your property in Sitewitness.
- Where do you do land checks?
- Port Harcourt now; Lagos and Abuja coming soon. We go city by city so every search is done by a partner who works at that state's survey office and land registry every week. A property qualifies when its pin is within about 30 km of central Port Harcourt.
- What if a land check can't be done?
- If the search can't be completed, for example because the documents are unreadable or the registry has no record, we refund you in full. Once the report has been delivered, it isn't refundable.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then drop to Free. Your history stays.
