• Construction and progressCan I see the original evidence used in a Progress Film?Yes. Each part of the film links back to the visit and captures it was made from.
• Construction and progressCan I watch progress before my project is complete?Yes. A Progress Film can be made as soon as there are at least two suitable visits, and made again as more visits come in.
• Construction and progressWhat happens when construction is complete?Mark the project complete. Where your plan includes Progress Film, a final film can be made from the whole build. The record stays, and you can keep using NEMZIO for the finished property.
• Construction and progressWhat is a milestone?A named point in the project, attached to the visit that shows it, such as "Roof complete". Milestones appear in the Progress Timeline and can start a Progress Film.
• Organisations and integrationsCan NEMZIO post to Slack or Microsoft Teams?Yes. Short messages in a channel when visits come in, when something needs attention, at milestones and when a Progress Film is ready, each with a link back to NEMZIO.
• People on siteWhat happens to my project if I replace the reporter?Nothing is lost or restarted. The property, its history, evidence, milestones, Progress Film and integrations all carry on; only who does the visits changes.
• Organisations and integrationsWhat do integrations receive?By default: property names, visit status and outcome, milestones, Progress Film notices and links back to NEMZIO. Findings, claims and photos only if you turn them on. Exact locations, device details and how checks work never leave.
• Construction and progressWhy do construction visits repeat reference views? So that visits can be compared like for like. Reference views come from roughly the same areas and directions each time, so change is visible; other views vary. It's also what makes a Progress Film possible.
• People on siteWhat happens to old evidence after I remove a reporter? It stays in your record, unchanged and attributed to them. Removing someone stops their access; it never deletes what they captured.
• Construction and progressIs the film itself the original evidence? No. The film is a presentation made from your evidence. The original photos and videos stay in each visit, unchanged, and remain the evidence.
• Construction and progressWhy are some parts of my film marked?Marked parts rest on weaker evidence, for example a view that wasn't taken from quite the same spot or a visit whose checks didn't all pass. The film shows them honestly instead of hiding them.
• Privacy and securityHow is my evidence stored?Photos, videos and location tracks are kept as they were received, encrypted in transit and at rest by our storage provider, with a digital fingerprint of each file recorded when it arrives so later changes can be detected.
• Construction and progressWhat is Progress Timeline? The project's history in order: every visit, the construction stages, the milestones and the estimated progress, each linked to the visit it rests on.
• Evidence and recordsWhat is the monthly progress report? With NEMZIO Watch and above, each property gets a monthly report you can print or save as a PDF: the month's visits, results and progress in one document.
• Visits and guided captureDoes a visit include video? Some visits ask for short videos, such as a walk around the site, as well as photos. Like photos, they're captured live in the app.
• People on siteWhat happens to a visit in progress if I stop someone's access? You choose. "Stop now" ends their access at once; what they'd captured is kept as an interrupted visit and the visit stays open for someone else. "Let them finish" allows that one visit, then their access ends.
