We only use cookies that the site needs to work. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so there's nothing to accept or refuse.
Cookies we set
- __Host-sw_session or sw_session (the name depends on the version of the site): keeps you signed in. Strictly necessary; sent only over a secure connection on the live site, and not readable by scripts. It ends when you sign out or after 30 days.
- nz_oauth: set only while you connect an integration (for example Jira or Slack), to check that the reply comes from the request you started. Strictly necessary, not readable by scripts, and it expires after 10 minutes.
Stored in your browser (not cookies)
- nz-help-session and nz-help-chat (this tab only): your Ask NEMZIO conversation, until you close the tab or start over.
- nz-help-status (this tab only): whether Ask NEMZIO is available right now, so the page doesn't ask again on every view.
- nz-support-pending: support requests you wrote while offline, until they're sent.
- nz-support-codes: the last few support codes the site showed you, so a new support request can include them.
Product statistics are counted on our own servers without cookies and without your name or email.
