For people on site
You are the owner's eyes on the property.
A relative, caretaker, foreman or site supervisor: the owner asked you to do visits through NEMZIO. The app guides you step by step, and your visit becomes a dated record of what you captured, where and when.
How to start
- 01Get the codeThe owner sends you an 8-character code, like K7M4-PQ2N, usually on WhatsApp. It works once.
- 02Get the appInstall the NEMZIO app on your phone and create an account. It is free for you.
- 03Enter the codeThe property appears in your app. When the owner asks for a visit, you'll see it there.
- 04Go and follow the guideAt the property, tap Start a visit. The app shows one instruction at a time: walk into the green area on the map, point your camera at the property, hold still, capture. If a spot isn't safe to reach, say so: the app offers another spot or skips it, and the record notes it.
- 05DoneWhen the app says the visit is complete, the evidence is on its way to the owner. With weak signal it keeps going and sends later.
Mobile app coming soon. The NEMZIO app isn't in the App Store or Google Play yet.
Good to know
Never climb, cross traffic, enter unsafe buildings or go onto a neighbour's land. Tell the app you can't safely reach a spot instead.
Walk at a normal pace and hold the phone steady when it asks. A retry just means: try that view again.
Evidence is captured in the NEMZIO app during the visit. The app has no option to attach photos from your gallery.
The owner decides what you can see in the app. Usually that's the visits you're asked to do and a confirmation when each one is sent. If you already have the app and a code, enter it under I have an invite code. Before your first visit, read what a visit records: the photos and videos, your phone's location during the visit, and who sees them.
