How are construction stages recorded?
You (or a connected project tool) can mark each stage, and on paid plans NEMZIO also estimates the stage from the photos. Estimates are labelled as automated.
NEMZIO follows these stages: Site clearing, Foundation, Substructure / DPC, Blockwork to lintel, Lintel to roof, Roofing, Plastering, electrical & plumbing, Finishing and Completed.
A stage you marked yourself is shown as yours; one set from a connected tool shows where it came from; an estimate from photos is labelled as an automated estimate. They're kept apart so you always know what each one rests on.
