Why was my document rejected?
Usually because it couldn't be opened or read (a damaged or password-protected file, a blank or very dark photo, a missing page) or it isn't the document the check needs. The order's checklist says exactly what to upload instead.
There are two kinds of check:
- When you upload: the file must really be a PDF or a photo, open properly, not be password-protected and not be empty. If it fails, it isn't saved and you're told why straight away.
- Our team's review: someone at NEMZIO looks at each document and can mark it accepted, or ask for a clearer copy, the right document, a missing page or one more document. They always say why.
Neither check decides whether a document is genuine or legally valid: that's what the professional's search is for. To fix it, open the order and upload a new copy where the checklist shows "!". The earlier file is kept on record.
