Can my team work in one account?

• Organisation owner: everything, including other owners and admins
• Admin: members, the property portfolio and integrations
• Integration admin: integrations, webhooks, access tokens and delivery logs
• Project manager and field reporter: part of the organisation, without administration

Inviting someone. Owners and admins invite people from the Organization page (only an owner can invite another owner). We email the address a link; if they already have a NEMZIO account with that address they also see the invitation under Account. They can use an existing account or create one with that email. Until they accept, they aren't part of the organisation and get nothing from it: no role, integrations, access tokens, exports or support access. An invitation works once, and expires after 7 days. Owners and admins can withdraw an invitation that hasn't been answered, and inviting the same address again replaces the earlier invitation.

Accepting or declining. Open the link in the email, or go to Account → Organizations, and choose Accept or Decline. Declining changes nothing, and the person who invited you is told.

Leaving. Anyone can leave an organisation from Account or the Organization page. An organisation always keeps at least one owner, so its last owner makes someone else an owner first. The owner who created the organisation can't be removed or demoted by anyone else; they can leave it themselves.

An organisation role doesn't by itself open a property's evidence: who sees what is still decided on each property.
