Organisations
- What is NEMZIO Record?NEMZIO Record is NEMZIO for organisations: developers, estate firms, associations and lenders with large portfolios. It's set up with us directly, billed by invoice, and includes integrations with your own tools.
- Can my team work in one account?Yes. Create an organisation, invite your colleagues by email and give each a role: owner, admin, integration admin, project manager or field reporter. Each person joins only when they accept.
- What happens to integrations when an employee leaves?Nothing breaks. Organisation integrations, webhooks and access tokens belong to the organisation, not to the person who set them up. Remove the person and the other admins keep managing them.
Integrations and API
- What integrations are available?Jira (Atlassian Cloud), monday.com, Asana, Slack, Microsoft Teams, signed webhooks, and an API with access tokens for tools such as Zapier, Make and n8n. They're part of NEMZIO Watch and NEMZIO Watch 5 and NEMZIO Record.
- Why are integrations only on NEMZIO Watch and NEMZIO Watch 5 and NEMZIO Record?Integrations are built for teams that already run their projects in other tools: they belong to an organisation, have roles and delivery logs, and need support to set up well.
- Can NEMZIO integrate with Jira?Yes, with Jira Cloud. Visits can add a comment and a link on the issue you link to a property, update mapped fields, move the issue's status and open follow-up issues, using rules you set.
- Can NEMZIO integrate with monday.com?Yes. NEMZIO keeps each property's item on your board current: visit status, latest visit date, milestone, report link and open findings, using columns you map.
- Can NEMZIO integrate with Asana?Yes. NEMZIO can comment on each property's task, keep custom fields current, create a follow-up task when evidence needs attention, and complete a "visit requested" task when the visit is done.
- Can NEMZIO post to Slack or Microsoft Teams?Yes. Short messages in a channel when visits come in, when something needs attention, at milestones and when a Progress Film is ready, each with a link back to NEMZIO.
- Does NEMZIO have an API?Yes. There's a REST API with scoped access tokens, and signed webhooks. A token can read events and properties and, if you allow it, request visits, set milestones or link items.
- Can I connect NEMZIO to Zapier or Make?Yes, with an access token and webhooks. That lets you send NEMZIO events to almost any tool those platforms support.
- What do integrations receive?By default: property names, visit status and outcome, milestones, Progress Film notices and links back to NEMZIO. Findings, claims and photos only if you turn them on. Exact locations, device details and how checks work never leave.
- If I connect another tool, where does the evidence stay?In NEMZIO. Connected tools get updates and links; the evidence, its checks and its history stay in your NEMZIO record.
