What happens if the reporter loses their phone?
They install the app on another phone and sign in with the same account; their access continues. If you're worried about the lost phone, you can suspend their access until they're set up again.
Their access is tied to their account, not to the phone or the invitation code. Visits already sent are safe in your record. Evidence that was still waiting to be sent on the lost phone can't be recovered, so ask for another visit if needed.
