Who owns the property history?
You do, as the owner. People on site add visits to it, but the record, its evidence and its history stay with the property and with you, whoever does the visits.
An invitation gives someone temporary, scoped access to help you. It doesn't give them any ownership of the property's record. If they leave, are replaced or are removed, everything they captured stays in your record, attributed to them.
