What happens if I cancel?
You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that, new visits pause until you choose a plan again; your records stay viewable and exportable.
Cancel any time from Account. You won't be charged again. After the paid period ends, new visits pause; everything already in your record stays viewable and exportable, and you can pick a plan again whenever you need visits.
