Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time, under Account. You see the new monthly total and confirm it before anything changes; the difference is prorated.
Moving up gives you the new plan's limits and features straight away. Extra storage and additional properties are added the same way. Record isn't self-serve: it's set up with us directly.
