Can I delete my data?
Yes: in the app, Account → Settings → Delete your account (on the website, Account → Data & privacy). There's a waiting period, and you can cancel the deletion until it ends.
Because records are evidence, they're not deleted automatically when a subscription ends. Records are kept while your account is open. How long evidence is kept after an account is closed will be published before launch.
To close your account and delete your personal details, go to Account → Settings → Delete your account in the app, or Account → Data & privacy on the website. You can download your records first, from the same page. If you can't sign in, write to help@sitewitness.worldofpercy.com from the email on your account.
