How visits work
What is a surprise check?
A visit that has to be done within a short window you choose, in which the person also photographs a code written on paper. It makes it hard to prepare photos in advance.
When you ask for a visit you can make it a surprise check. The person on site then has to reach the property and send the visit within the time you set, and include a photo of a code NEMZIO gives them, written on paper.
A surprise check that arrives in time with the right code is stronger evidence that someone was really at the property at that moment. One that arrives late fails the timing check, and the record says so.
