Does NEMZIO Land replace a lawyer?
No. The root of title search is done by a lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar, who signs the report. For advice on your purchase or a contract, you still need your own lawyer.
NEMZIO arranges the search and delivers the lawyer's signed report. That report is the lawyer's opinion on the official records searched on that date. It doesn't make NEMZIO your lawyer, and it isn't advice on whether or how to buy.
