Does NEMZIO Land replace a surveyor?
No: the charting search is done by a registered surveyor (SURCON), who signs the report. For setting out or confirming boundaries on the ground, you still need a surveyor's own work.
A charting search checks your survey plan's coordinates against the records at the state Surveyor-General's office. It isn't a new survey of the land. A NEMZIO boundary walk is evidence of what someone found on the ground, not a survey either.
