How do WhatsApp calls with NEMZIO work?
At the time you booked, a member of the NEMZIO team calls you on WhatsApp (or by phone if you chose that). If you don't answer, we send one message so you can choose another time; we don't keep calling.
- At the time you booked, a member of the NEMZIO team calls you on WhatsApp, or on an ordinary phone call if you chose that.
- Before discussing anything, we confirm who we're speaking to.
- If you miss the call, we send you one message so you can choose another time. We don't keep calling.
- After the call, anything agreed (for example "please upload page 2 of the deed") appears on your call and on your Land order, and we let you know.
We can explain the process and what a report covers. We don't give legal advice: if your question needs a lawyer's or surveyor's interpretation, we pass it to the professional who did your check.
