Where can I find what was agreed on a call?
Open Support → Calls with NEMZIO. Each call shows the date, how we called, what it was about, a summary, and anything you or we agreed to do. Calls about an order also appear in that order's history.
Go to Calls with NEMZIO (under Support). For each call you'll see:
- the date and time (in your time zone), how we called, and what it was about;
- after the call, a short summary and anything you or we agreed to do;
- whether there are call notes, or a transcript if the call was transcribed with your agreement.
Calls about a Land order also appear in that order's history, so everything about the order stays in one place. Other people on your property (for example someone visiting the site for you) can't see your calls.
