Who goes to the site?
Someone you choose and invite: a relative, a caretaker, a foreman or your site supervisor. NEMZIO doesn't supply, vet or pay them.
The person on site (sometimes called a reporter) is someone you trust who can reach the property. They use the NEMZIO app free and see only what you allow. Any arrangement for their time is between you and them.
Land checks are different: they are done by registered surveyors and lawyers we work with. See NEMZIO Land.
