The person on site

Does the person on site need a NEMZIO subscription or pay anything?

No. The person on site uses the NEMZIO app free and never sees a bill. Only the owner pays.

Reporters and viewers never pay NEMZIO. They create their own free account, enter your invitation code and do the visits you ask for.
