Can I add more properties?
Yes. Build covers 1 property. Watch covers 3 properties and can add a fourth for $9.99/month ($48.99 in total). Watch 5 covers 5 properties, and more are $9.99/month each. Each additional property adds 5 GB of storage. You confirm the new total before anything is charged.
When you add a property past your plan's limit, NEMZIO shows you the way on first, with the new recurring total:
- On Build: move to Watch (3 properties, $39.00/month) or Watch 5.
- On Watch, for a fourth property: add one for $9.99/month. Your new total is $48.99/month, with 5 GB more storage.
- On Watch with its fourth, for a fifth: move to Watch 5 (5 properties, 25 GB of storage, $59.00/month). The additional property is part of Watch 5, so it is removed.
- On Watch 5: +$9.99/month per additional property. For example, 6 properties are $68.99/month and 7 are $78.98/month.
On a yearly plan the same steps are billed yearly (an additional property is $99.90/year). More properties receive lower per-property pricing. Nothing is charged until you confirm the new recurring total. The subscription belongs to the account that pays for it: changing or replacing the person on site doesn't change it. For large portfolios, NEMZIO Record is set up by agreement.
