• NEMZIO Free trial: Free 3-day trial (up to 5 photos or videos). A 3-day free trial on one property.
• NEMZIO Build: $14.99 per month (or $149 per year). 1 property included. 5 GB of evidence storage. Construction recorded visit by visit, with consistent reference views.
• NEMZIO Watch: $39.00 per month (or $390 per year). 3 properties included. 15 GB of evidence storage. Several properties, with a monthly record for each.
• NEMZIO Watch 5: $59.00 per month (or $590 per year). 5 properties included. 25 GB of evidence storage. The same as Watch, at a lower price per property.
• NEMZIO Record: From $299 per month (by agreement). Records across a portfolio, for organisations.
• NEMZIO Land: $179–$549 per check (15% off on Watch and Watch 5). Survey and title checks by registered professionals, before you commit to a plot. Available now in Port Harcourt. Lagos and Abuja coming soon.

Watch: Need a fourth? Add one for $9.99/mo. Watch 5: More than five? Add properties for $9.99/mo each. Each additional property adds 5 GB of storage. More properties receive lower per-property pricing. Extra storage is 10 GB for $4.99/month on any paid plan.

Yearly: Build $149.00, Watch $390.00, Watch 5 $590.00. On a yearly plan, add-ons are yearly too: an additional property is $99.90/year and 10 GB of storage $49.90/year. The person on site never pays.

Land checks: Available now in Port Harcourt. Lagos and Abuja coming soon. Registered professionals carry out and sign each check; NEMZIO arranges and records it.
