Guided capture
How does NEMZIO guide someone around a site?
The app shows one instruction at a time: walk into the green area on the map, point the camera at the property, hold still, capture. It moves on by itself when a view is done.
The person on site doesn't need training or a checklist. The app:
- shows a map of the property with a big green area to walk into (an area, never an exact spot)
- opens the camera by itself once they're in the area, and asks them to point it at the property
- asks them to hold the phone steady, then captures (they can also press the shutter themselves)
- on a repeat visit, shows a small picture of the previous view to help match it
- asks for a retry when a view needs to be taken again
- offers another spot if one isn't safe to reach
Because the app leads the visit, the record covers the whole property, not just the parts someone chose to photograph. Anything that couldn't be captured shows in the record as a gap.
