What if a spot isn't safe to reach?
The person on site should say so in the app instead of going there. The app offers another spot, and the record notes that the first one wasn't reachable.
Safety comes first. Nobody should climb, cross traffic, enter an unsafe building, push into dense bush or go onto a neighbour's land for a photo.
In the app they can say a spot can't be reached safely. The app gives them an alternative where one exists, and the record shows which part wasn't captured and why, so you know about it.
