Location and GPS
Is phone GPS survey-grade?
No. Phone GPS is approximate, and its accuracy varies with the phone, the sky view, trees and buildings. NEMZIO shows the accuracy with each result and treats uncertain readings as uncertain.
A phone's location can be off by several metres, sometimes more under trees or between buildings. That's fine for telling whether someone was at the property, but not for measuring boundaries.
NEMZIO never turns an uncertain reading into a confident "inside": results near the edge of the property, or with poor accuracy, are labelled as uncertain. For legal boundaries, use a registered surveyor.
