The camera doesn't open
Allow NEMZIO to use the camera in the phone's settings, close other apps that are using the camera, then reopen NEMZIO.
- Android: Settings → Apps → NEMZIO → Permissions → Camera → Allow.
- iPhone: Settings → NEMZIO → Camera → On.
If it still won't open, restart the phone. Visits can only be captured with the app's own camera.
