AI and support
Ask NEMZIO, the NEMZIO Assistant and fixing common problems.
AI at NEMZIO
- Does NEMZIO use AI?Yes, in labelled places: on paid plans, automated observations describe what changed between visits, test claims against photos, estimate construction progress and read survey plans. Ask NEMZIO answers help questions. The NEMZIO Assistant is in private beta.
- What is Ask NEMZIO?Ask NEMZIO is the help assistant on NEMZIO's website. It answers questions about NEMZIO using only the published Help Center, and links you to the articles it used.
- Is Ask NEMZIO the same as the NEMZIO Assistant? No. Ask NEMZIO is the public help bot on the website and knows only the published Help Center. The NEMZIO Assistant is a separate product inside your account that can answer questions about your own records, and it's in private beta.
- Does Ask NEMZIO see my property or account? No. Ask NEMZIO can't see any account, property, visit or evidence, including yours. It only knows NEMZIO's published help content.
- Can Ask NEMZIO answer legal questions?Only about what NEMZIO does and doesn't do. It isn't a lawyer and doesn't give legal advice; for legal questions about a property, consult a licensed lawyer in the property's jurisdiction.
- What should I do if Ask NEMZIO can't answer my question?Search the Help Center, or email help@sitewitness.worldofpercy.com. When Ask NEMZIO can't find an answer in the published help, it says so instead of guessing.
- What is the NEMZIO Assistant?A signed-in assistant that answers questions about your own property records, such as "what changed across the last five visits?", citing the visits and evidence it used. It's in private beta and not generally available yet.
Troubleshooting
- The app won't let the person start a visitCheck that there's an open visit for them, that location is on and allowed for NEMZIO, that they're at the property, and that their access is active. On the free trial, new visits pause when the trial ends.
- The app says location is off or not allowedTurn on location services and allow NEMZIO to use location while the app is open. On iPhone, also turn on Precise Location for NEMZIO.
- The camera doesn't openAllow NEMZIO to use the camera in the phone's settings, close other apps that are using the camera, then reopen NEMZIO.
- A visit is stuck uploadingConnect to Wi-Fi or a stronger network and open NEMZIO. The app keeps the evidence on the phone and keeps retrying. Don't uninstall the app before it's sent.
- The invitation code doesn't workCheck it's typed exactly: new codes are 8 characters in two groups of four and never contain I, L, O, 0 or 1. If it still doesn't work, it has probably expired, been used or been withdrawn: ask the owner for a new code.
- I forgot my passwordChoose "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and follow the link we email you.
- The time on a visit looks wrongTimes are shown in the property's time zone, with the zone named, which may differ from yours. Times are recorded by NEMZIO as well as by the phone; when they can't be confirmed, the record says so.
- It says I've reached my plan's limitEach plan has limits, such as the number of properties or people per property. Upgrade under Account, or remove something you no longer need.
