The app says location is off or not allowed
Turn on location services and allow NEMZIO to use location while the app is open. On iPhone, also turn on Precise Location for NEMZIO.
- Android: Settings → Location → On; then Apps → NEMZIO → Permissions → Location → Allow only while using the app.
- iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → On; then NEMZIO → While Using the App, and Precise Location on.
Then reopen NEMZIO. Accuracy improves outdoors with a clear view of the sky.
