Photos, video and checks
What does “Checks passed” mean?
That every check which ran found no issue and the visit covered what it needed to. It's evidence about the visit, not a verdict on the contractor, the quality of the work or who owns the land.
"Checks passed" is about how the evidence was captured: where, when, how much of the property, and whether it holds together. It doesn't mean the work is good, finished or worth paying for, and it says nothing about ownership.
You can open any result to see which checks ran and what each one found.
