Photos, video and checks

What happens when a check fails?

The record says which check failed and what that means, in plain words. The evidence is kept, and you decide what to do next.

A failed check means something didn't add up: for example the captures weren't at the property, or the visit didn't hold together. It's a reason to look closer, not automatically proof of wrongdoing; checks can also flag genuine evidence.

Common next steps are asking the person on site what happened, asking for another visit, or making the next one a surprise check.
