What does “claim supported” mean?
That the visit's photos show what the claim describes, from the views captured. It's an automated assessment of the evidence, not a guarantee and not a payment instruction.
"Supported" means the evidence is consistent with what you were told. It doesn't mean the work is good quality, complete in every detail, or worth a particular amount.
The record shows what was visible and what wasn't, so you can see what the assessment rests on.
