What if a claim isn't supported?
The visit's evidence didn't show what the claim describes. That can mean it isn't done, that it wasn't visible from the views captured, or that the evidence is unclear.
Before drawing conclusions, look at what the record says was and wasn't visible. Then you can ask the person on site, ask for another visit, or ask for a specific view of the thing in question.
