Claims and evidence

What is the difference between a claim and evidence?

A claim is what you were told ("the roof is finished"). Evidence is what the visit captured. NEMZIO keeps them apart and, on paid plans, tests the claim against the visit's photos.

When you ask for a visit you can include what you were told, for example "the foundation is complete" or "the blocks were delivered". The visit then records the property, and the record shows the claim next to what the evidence shows.

The claim stays private to you; the person on site doesn't see it unless you share it.
