- Evidence and recordsDoes NEMZIO tell me whether to pay my contractor?No. NEMZIO doesn't make payment decisions. It gives you evidence about what was at the property, so you can decide with a record in hand.
- Plans and billingHow do I pay, and in which currency?By card, in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount.
- People on siteDoes the person on site need a NEMZIO subscription or pay anything?No. The person on site uses the NEMZIO app free and never sees a bill. Only the owner pays.

- People on siteWho goes to the site?Someone you choose and invite: a relative, a caretaker, a foreman or your site supervisor. NEMZIO doesn't supply, vet or pay them.

A surveyor checks the land at the state survey office and a lawyer traces the title at the land registry, and they sign their own reports. Ordering opens once our partner surveyors and lawyers are confirmed; you can join the list.
- Evidence and recordsWhat does “claim supported” mean?That the visit's photos show what the claim describes, from the views captured. It's an automated assessment of the evidence, not a guarantee and not a payment instruction.
- Land and legal questionsIs NEMZIO legal advice?No. NEMZIO provides evidence and arranges professional checks; it doesn't give legal, surveying, engineering or valuation advice.
- Evidence and recordsWhat does “Checks passed” mean?That every check which ran found no issue and the visit covered what it needed to. It's evidence about the visit, not a verdict on the contractor, the quality of the work or who owns the land.
- Land and legal questionsWhat can't a NEMZIO record establish?Legal title or ownership, legal boundaries, construction quality, safety or value. A record is evidence about what was captured at the property, where and when.
- Land and legal questionsWhat is a professional report?A report written and signed by an independent licensed professional, such as a surveyor or a lawyer, after a land check. It's their opinion on the official records they searched, on that date.
- AI and supportDoes Ask NEMZIO see my property or account?No. Ask NEMZIO can't see any account, property, visit or evidence, including yours. It only knows NEMZIO's published help content.
- AI and supportWhat is the NEMZIO Assistant?A signed-in assistant that answers questions about your own property records, such as "what changed across the last five visits?", citing the visits and evidence it used. It's in private beta and not generally available yet.
- Getting startedIs there a free trial?Yes. The free trial lasts 3 days on 1 property, starting when you add it, with up to 5 photos or videos in total; location is checked on the first 2.
- Getting startedHow is this different from photos sent on WhatsApp?A forwarded photo doesn't say when it was taken, where the phone was, or what was left out of the frame. A NEMZIO visit is captured live in the app, guided around the property and checked before it joins your record.
