• People on siteDoes replacing the reporter restart my subscription?No. Your plan, billing date, trial and usage are yours as the owner, and changing who does the visits doesn't touch any of them.

• Plans and billingDo I lose my historical evidence if I cancel?No. Records stay after you cancel, and you can still view and export them. Records are kept while your account is open. How long evidence is kept after an account is closed will be published before launch.
• Privacy and securityCan I delete my data?Yes: in the app, Account → Settings → Delete your account (on the website, Account → Data & privacy). There's a waiting period, and you can cancel the deletion until it ends.
• Plans and billingCan I add more properties?Yes. Build covers 1 property. Watch covers 3 properties and can add a fourth for $9.99/month ($48.99 in total). Watch 5 covers 5 properties, and more are $9.99/month each. Each additional property adds 5 GB of storage. You confirm the new total before anything is charged.
• Plans and billingCan I change plans?Yes, at any time, under Account. You see the new monthly total and confirm it before anything changes; the difference is prorated.
• Visits and guided captureHow does NEMZIO know where my property's boundary is?You set it: drop a pin when you add the property, then draw the boundary, take it from your survey plan's coordinates, or have the person on site walk it.

• Land and legal questionsWhat documents do I need for a land check?Charting (survey search): a clear copy of the survey plan (upload it under documents). Root of title search: copies of the title documents you were given (deed, c of o, receipts); the seller's name. Full land check: survey plan; title documents and the seller's name.
• Construction and progressWhat alerts does NEMZIO send?On paid plans: when a visit is overdue, when a check fails, and, on construction projects, when items seen in the last visit aren't visible from the same views. On every plan you're told when a visit is ready or comes back incomplete.
• Getting startedIs there a free trial?Yes. The free trial lasts 3 days on 1 property, starting when you add it, with up to 5 photos or videos in total; location is checked on the first 2.
• AI and supportDoes NEMZIO use AI?Yes, in labelled places: on paid plans, automated observations describe what changed between visits, test claims against photos, estimate construction progress and read survey plans. Ask NEMZIO answers help questions. The NEMZIO Assistant is in private beta.
• Construction and progressCan a Progress Film be made at milestones?Yes. Where your plan includes Progress Film, you can choose to have a new film made automatically when a milestone is reached.
