Getting started
What NEMZIO is, who it's for and your first visit.
Getting started
- What is NEMZIO?NEMZIO creates a checked record of what is physically at a property you can't visit yourself. Someone you invite does a guided visit in the NEMZIO app, and NEMZIO checks the evidence before it becomes part of the property's record.
- Who is NEMZIO for?Property owners and buyers who can't be there in person: people abroad building a house at home, families checking on land, and organisations with property in many places.
- How do I get started with NEMZIO?Create a free account, add your property, invite the person who can reach it, then ask for a visit. You can do all of it in a few minutes.
- Is there a free trial?Yes. The free trial lasts 3 days on 1 property, starting when you add it, with up to 5 photos or videos in total; location is checked on the first 2.
- What do I need to use NEMZIO?You need an account and a property. The person on site needs a smartphone (Android or iPhone) with the NEMZIO app, location and camera turned on.
- Where does NEMZIO work?Visits and monitoring work anywhere the app can be used. Land checks are coming soon: they open once our partner surveyors and lawyers are confirmed, starting with Port Harcourt (Rivers State), then Lagos and Abuja. You can join the list from the property's page, and we'll email you when they open.
- Do I use the website or the app?Owners can use either. Visits can only be captured in the NEMZIO phone app.
- How is this different from photos sent on WhatsApp?A forwarded photo doesn't say when it was taken, where the phone was, or what was left out of the frame. A NEMZIO visit is captured live in the app, guided around the property and checked before it joins your record.
